PREVENTION OF FORWARD HEAD POSTURE ON STUDENTS DURING ONLINE LEARNING IN THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC

To prevent the spread of highly contagious coronavirus, government regulates health protocol, such as limitation gathering, close school and changing education system from conventional to virtual started level elementary even college level. As one solutions learn media learning, use smartphones is increasingly significant. The longer duration using a smartphone will cause condition named Forward Head Posture.Forward head posture most common types postural abnormalities. It caused by repetitive position while smartphone.
 mechanism can be explained motion looking down when smartphone. result, it encourages neck muscles. Anatomically, that upper cervical vertebrae are hyperextended shifted forward. Exposure constant loads on craniovertebral extension muscle non-contractile structure changes in biomedical motion, with every inch increase distance neck, gravitation tenfold. Increase stress eventually musculoskeletal damage or pain.
